RETURN LIST
Q1. Can't install the camera driver?

analyze:
1. Whether the operating system used supports camera operation;

2. Can the camera list be found in the device manager (for U3V cameras);

3. Whether the anti-virus software and firewall are turned off.

answer:

1. Select or install the driver version according to the operating system requirements in the user manual;

2. Turn off the anti-virus software and firewall and reinstall it.





Q2. The network port camera cannot be found after starting the client.

analyze:

1. Whether the network port camera power supply and network connection are normal;

2. The camera and client are not in the same LAN;

3. Check whether the camera IP is set;

4. Check whether network jumbo frames are enabled;

5. Whether the SDK driver installation is complete;

6. Whether the data cable meets the requirements;

7. Whether to turn off the firewall.

answer:

1. Close the firewall, restart the camera, check whether the network connection is abnormal, and ensure that the camera and client are on the same LAN;

2. Turn on jumbo frames and set the camera IP;

3. Reinstall the SDK.



Q3. The U3V camera cannot be found after starting the client.

analyze:

1. The USB cable is abnormally connected to the camera and computer;

2. Whether the data cable meets the requirements;

3. Whether the indicator light is normal;

4. Whether the SDK driver installation is complete;

5. Whether to turn off the firewall.

answer:

1. Replace the data cable or socket detection;

2. Plug the USB cable into the USB3.0 interface. Do not plug it into the front USB3.0 interface;

3. Reinstall the SDK.



Q4. The camera device can be discovered, but the connection fails.

analyze:

1. The camera has been connected to other clients;

2. Refer to Q2/Q3 analysis.

answer:

1. Disconnect other connected clients and connect to this client;

2. Refer to Q2/Q3 analysis.



Q5. No image in running preview

analyze:

1. Whether the lens cover and lens aperture are open;

2. After identifying the camera, click whether to connect the camera;

3. Whether the camera preview is turned on;

4. Whether the exposure time is too low;

5. Whether to enable continuous acquisition mode and non-trigger mode.


answer:

1. Power off and restart the camera device;

2. Open the lens aperture, or unscrew the lens to see if there is light sensitivity;

3. Whether to enable continuous acquisition mode and non-trigger mode.



Q6. Camera frame rate problem

analyze:

1. The maximum size is not selected for jumbo frames (for network port cameras);

2. The interface does not meet the camera requirements and is not a USB3.0 interface;

3. The graphics card driver is not installed;

4. Select None for frame rate display in the toolbar.


answer:

1. Open jumbo frames (for network port cameras);

2. Check whether the cable connection is abnormal and whether the indicator light is normal, and plug the USB cable into the USB3.0 interface. Do not plug it into the front USB3.0 interface. (For USB3 cameras);

3. Modify SDK settings.



Q7. The image color is incorrect or has a color cast?

answer:
